The location is perfect, just a short walk to the sanctuary. I had trouble with the Wi-Fi connection at times.

Location: the hotel was near to restaurants in the area, the shrine, and Fatima. Had dinner at Restaurante Ave Maria, set 5 mins away on foot. We had a twin room with a double-bed and a huge bathroom, as for instance.

Exploring the nearby Sanctuary of Fatima. The staff was accommodating, allowing us extra time during checkout, a thoughtful touch. Our room was cleaned daily, contributing to a pleasant stay overall, though I would have appreciated better Wi-Fi connectivity.

Wonderful stay with really good staff

The staff exceeded my expectations, cute me with warm smiles and helpful attitudes. My room was always clean and spacious.

Although the bathroom was well-equipped, I wished for a few more amenities to enhance my comfort, such as a small fridge for snacks.

Super clean rooms and a friendly staff. Had a bit of a hassle with check-in since I was waiting for a while, but overall, great experience. Perfect spot close to the Church too!

The room itself was cramped was nice, and there were very few electrical outlets, causing frustration while trying to charge my devices. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and sometimes completely unavailable, further complicating my experience .

Umbral is in a great location, really close to the shrine. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are restaurants right in front of the hotel, super convenient for meals.

The room offered a fine view of the Sanctuary. Daily cleaning ensured a consistently neat environment, while the reception staff provided an really good level of service. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable at times was good. Lacking a kettle or fridge in the room reduced some comforts typically expected during a stay.

I had the pleasure of enjoying a continental breakfast every morning, because who doesn't love starting the day with some cold cereal and stale bread?

I was devastated to discover there was no kettle, microwave, fridge, or even a shared one to make me feel at home. It's not like I wanted to heat up some leftovers or keep my ice cream from melting, right?
